J+T have been wonderful clients, making a remarkable journey with us from their grand Laurelhurst home to a cozy spot in Beaumont and eventually settling into a fabulous bungalow in Kerns. Over the course of 16 years working together, we witnessed their gradual downsizing as they transitioned through different homes.

One of the unique aspects of their story is the international flavor they added to their lives. In addition to their moves within the U.S., J+T ventured into the world of buying and renovating a rustic apartment in a small town in Italy. This space has become more than just a property; it's a portal to a whole other life, complete with Italian friends and a rich cultural experience. They've truly embraced a global lifestyle, becoming experts in home exchanges and Airbnb ventures.
